To Use for Cold Therapy: Fill bag two-thirds with ice and cold water, securely screw the cap on and place where you feel the pain. Cold therapy can help soothe tension headaches, bruises, migraines, hangover, muscle aches & pains and swelling.
To Use for Heat Therapy: Fill bag two-thirds with hot water (not boiling), securely screw the cap on and place where you feel the pain. Heat therapy can help soothe an upset stomach, migraine, sinus and joint pain.
